My hands shouldn’t be able to function unless my camera is within reachable distance (i.e. around my neck)…I’ve never felt this as strongly as I do right now. Bring it everywhere. I can even go as far as saying I cannot...

Sometimes I think about what it'd be like if all...
I have over 3,000 pictures on my laptop that I’ve had for just over a year. I have no backup device for them. The thought of losing all that enters my head without asking as I edit my pictures and I’m just very happy it hasn’t happened yet. I will store them somewhere else in the future. We’re so lucky we have that option today. Technology…my greatest annoyance and...

Each beat is part of the emotion I felt tonight. Elated, thankful, regretful, worthless, run-of-the-mill, grateful, strong. 4 girls and 4 boys. Burning questions. Going went around saying 1 thing we hated...

I overheard half a sentence while running.
It’s pretty disappointing that I didn’t hear the rest. I think a pretty decent poem could’ve come out of it. I think they were neighbors. They were having a conversation by yelling at each other across the street. Not angrily, but just so they could be heard. “One of the best things about being old…” I was trying to overhear with utmost sensitivity but then a...

An easy way to add excitement to your life:
Switch what side of the bed your head goes - causes you to wake up in a whole new way. Instead of seeing my closet, I saw my window - blinding white fog.

until I remembered I’m seeing Joshua Bell, famous violinist, in February. And then it got a little better. The key is having something to look forward to.
